Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator is a confident and results driven individual who is responsible for driving sales revenue and building new business. In addition, the BDC will provide support to the Business Development Manager by sourcing new targeted accounts and prospects, set meetings with potential clients, carry out sales strategies, and develop Distributor Network in the USA.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Utilize LinkedIn for building targeted accounts and contacts
  • Perform cold calling outreach and emails
  • Generate leads through telemarketing sales and marketing tactics
  • Schedule strategic face to face sales calls weekly for BDM
  • Send all BDM travel plans to Office Manager for travel and hotel scheduling
  • Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events
  • Analyze the effectiveness of sales programs; recommend and implement changes based on findings
  • Prepare sales forecasts and weekly and/or monthly status reports
  • Enter information into CRM with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop and build Distributor network in USA
  • Liaise with and provide full support to dealers and other business partners
  • Maintain contracts and relations with major accounts, dealers, and other distributors/business partners

 

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years direct sales experience
  • Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning
  • Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
  • Excellent teamwork and team building skills
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
  • Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events

 

Working Conditions:

  • Travel may be required
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
  • Able to conduct presentations, and meetings
  • Overtime as required                               

Annual salary based on experience and skills + benefits.
