Inside Sales Coordinator 

The Inside Sales Coordinator will provide holistic support for the sales department’s activities, including supervising contracts, managing customer and vendor relations, entering orders, and carrying out a range of other activities related to sales. This individual will conduct telemarketing and telesales calls, support sales representatives, monitor sales in relation to financial goals, prepare and deliver sales materials, and organize and/or attend tradeshows and other events.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Meet sales targets
  • Perform telemarketing and telesales calls
  • Manage the efforts and activities of sales department in alignment with corporate revenue goals and objectives
  • Be in charge of all after-sale service, providing the highest level of customer service 
  • Liaise with and provide full support to dealers and other business partners
  • Enter information into the CRM with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analyze the effectiveness of sales programs; recommend and implement changes based on findings
  • Conduct regular scheduled customer follow-ups via phone and email
  • Participate in project handoffs
  • Provide backup and support for the sales team
  • Monitor records and reports – including sales, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment – to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the development, preparation, and delivery of sales materials, trade show exhibits, conference appearances, and other promotional programs
  • Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in the development of strategic plans for the sales function
  • Assist in annual budget planning; monitor expenditures throughout the fiscal year
  • Maintain contracts and relations with major accounts, dealers, and other distributors/business partners
  • Act as liaison to other business units for completion of day-to-day administrative and operational issues
  • Prepare sales forecasts and weekly and/or monthly status reports


Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning
  • Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
  • Excellent teamwork and team building skills
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
  • Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events


Working Conditions:

  • Travel may be required
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
  • Able to conduct presentations, and meetings
  • Overtime as required                               


Annual salary based on experience and skills + benefits.
