14′ Events Trailer

EZ STAK, a leader in mobile workspace solutions, completed an ‘Events Trailer’ for a company in Missouri.  The unique trailer came from one of EZ STAK’s customer’s as they attend and host company marketing events.

The Challenge

This company runs a few events every year, a safety summit, a rodeo show, and local company events. The company at the time, did not have a trailer for events, they would typically load the barbeques in the back of the pickup with containers of equipment and coolers of food. They decided they needed something that is more practical, organized, and can be easily be packed up and travel to different events.  

The Requirements

To deliver their ideal events trailer, EZ STAK identified the customer’s requirements:

  • 14’ long X 7’ tall enclosed trailer with a tandem axle.
  • One supplier to completely upfit the trailer with flooring, insulation, electrical, power, interior cabinets and exterior cabinets.
  • The trailer had to be equipped with shore power and electrical outlets to run the refrigerator, scene lights, interior LED lights and air conditioning.
  • Enclosed mesh to store barbeques when in transit.
  • E-tracks to hold larger equipment.
  • Small work area with cabinets to store event accessories and equipment.

The Solution

The unique features of the trailer are that it is compact and optimizes the space efficiently. It’s ideal for events like exhibitions, product expositions, barbeques, job fairs, safety shows, and special holidays.

The power supply on the trailer can run both generator and shore power. The exteriors have scene lights for safety and EZ STAK also added an awning for rain or shine events. The interiors comprise of countertop, desk space, and overhead cabinets for storage. 

Some of the safety features include anti-slip flooring to prevent sliding and the side door has a step for easy access in and out the trailer.
