28’ Training and Response Trailer

A Gas company in Buffalo, New York was looking for a 28′ Training and Response Trailer to deploy on-site training, as well have it as an emergency response trailer if an event was to occur.  The team had a specific list of what they were looking for.

EZ STAK consults, designs, and delivers work-ready trailers to the specific needs of our customers. We take the time to understand what the trailer is going to be used for, who is going to use it, and what it’s going to be carrying. This information allows us to design a layout that will optimize the space and ensure accuracy and precision on the final upfit.

The Solution

EZ STAK designed, built, and delivered the 28’ training and response trailer by June 2020. The front of the trailer included an enclosed office by adding an aluminum sliding door, three workstations with 1.5” maple hardwood countertops, underslung drawers for tools and office accessories. All interior cabinets are manufactured aluminum to ensure durability and increase payload.

One 65” TV was requested to be visible outside, so EZ STAK designed a TV compartment with gas shocks to easily open and to keep the TV safe from the weather when not in use.

To power the trailer, EZ STAK built an exterior generator cabinet with insulation to fit a 7.5KW 120V Onan quiet diesel generator, a roll-up door with a locking lift bar handle, and cutout in the bottom for generator wiring access. The fuel tank is stored inside the trailer in the benching seating.
