The Challenge

A large utility company in Colorado needed a mobile office space for their substation work crew. With the wide temperature range throughout the year, they needed a climate-controlled work environment so that the crew could work comfortably no matter what the weather. They also needed socially distanced desk areas to cater to new pandemic regulations, a kitchen for crew members to eat while working long shifts and plenty of storage for utility tools and equipment.

The Solution

After meeting with the customer to understand their needs, the EZ STAK team got to work on a 3D design of the trailer. Once approved, the interior cabinets were built, and all components were installed. The trailer was delivered directly to the customer who was extremely satisfied with the result. The work crew has noticed more efficiency while on the job site, being able to pull up to the substation with their equipment and office all in one organized mobile workspace.
